How it Works
1. Kickstart Your AI Journey with our Initiation Session
We meet with your business leaders to identify your unique needs and challenges. In this tailored session, we provide an overview of the upcoming training course, discuss current AI usage in your company, and set ground rules for ethical and effective generative AI use. We'll also lock in a date and time for the live training event.
2. Engage Your Team with Pre-Training Insights
We ramp up the excitement and preparation one week before the live session. Participants will receive an email introduction along with essential pre-work tasks. These tasks include setting up a ChatGPT account and identifying tasks that can be handled with AI. These activities not only prepares your team for the training but also makes them part of the conversation about how AI could serve their needs.
3. Dive into Actionable Learning with our Live Training
Embark on a 2 hour training session where we cover the fundamentals of using ChatGPT. We also present business-specific prompts designed to suit your company's unique needs and tasks. Your team leaves empowered with new skills and a clear vision for how to use ChatGPT in their daily work.
4. Extend Your Learning with Our Interactive Q&A Follow-Up
We believe in ongoing support. That's why for two weeks following the live training event, we'll keep the learning alive with reminder emails that revisit key topics. These emails also offer additional examples and ideas for utilising ChatGPT. Plus, we're always just an email away to answer any lingering questions the participants may have.

When will the training be delivered?
We will work with chosen business to find an appropriate date within the first two weeks of October.
I have more than 10 staff, can I have more people attend?
Attendance for each training session will be capped at 10 people. This is to allow us to give enough attention to each individual to ensure that get the most from the course content.
Can I get a recording of the training session?
The training will be recorded for our own review but will not be provided to the chosen businesses. Businesses who sign up for AI Advantage after the official launch will be able to access the recordings for their training session.
How will the 3 businesses be selected for the free training?
We will be selecting businesses based on a range of factors including industry, company size and previous experience with generative AI. Our goal is to work with a diverse set of businesses to develop our training materials.
Do you cover other generative AI technologies?
At this stage, our training focuses on ChatGPT as this is currently the most powerful and most popular of the generative AI tools. What is learnt in this course can also be applied to other tools such as Bard or Claude.
What level of technical expertise is required for this training?
Our training is designed to accommodate various skill levels, from complete beginners to those with some experience in AI. During the second phase, "Engage Your Team with Pre-Training Insights," we gather input from participants about their comfort level with technology and ChatGPT. This helps us tailor the training to be easy to understand and practical, even for those who are new to the technology.
Is the training specific to any industry or business size?
The training is most beneficial for businesses with a size range of 10 to 200 employees. While the skills and strategies we cover can be adapted to fit a variety of industries, roles in sales, marketing, and customer operations are generally the ones that benefit the most from the capabilities of generative AI. Regardless of your industry or specific business operations, the training can be tailored to meet your unique needs.
What happens after the training? Is there ongoing support?
Yes, we provide two weeks of post-training follow-up, where we'll revisit key topics and offer additional examples for implementing what you've learned. You can also reach us via email for any specific queries or challenges you might face.
